An invitation to talk deals, outside the forum, on our own terms.
Dear fellow member,
One of the things that makes YPO work is its non-solicitation culture. Inside our chapters and forums, nobody is pitching anybody, and that trust is worth protecting. We have no interest in changing it.
But many of us also invest, and many of us would like to compare notes, analyze opportunities, and occasionally invest alongside people we already know and respect. There was no good place to do that, so a group of members built one.
YDealCircle is a private platform formed by YPO members, for YPO members only. It exists deliberately outside YPO's official channels, so that those of us who want to discuss and analyze deals together can opt in and do so freely, without ever bringing solicitation into YPO itself.
The circle has one simple thesis: YPOers investing in YPOers. Every deal shared here is a company or opportunity led by a fellow YPO member. If a member is not leading it, it does not belong here.
Before you join, a few things we ask every member to understand:
This platform is not owned, operated, or endorsed by YPO. Every member who enters takes their own investment risk, and YPO cannot be held responsible for any investment made here.
Always confirm on CONNECT, YPO's own site, that the individuals you are dealing with are current YPO members.
This is a room for accredited investors only. Proof of accreditation is required before any deal information is shared.
And remember: being a YPO member is a starting point for trust, not a substitute for judgment. It is no guarantee of investment success, and no guarantee of confidentiality. Diligence is still yours to do.
